founded in 1998 to bring web portal technology to the
condominium industry. Condo-Communities delivered its
first product, in 1999 and forever changed the
condominium landscape. With the groundbreaking
launch of Condo-Communities, we
established ourselves as the leader in condominium
portal technology. The following years saw many
imitators, but to this day, we are proud to be
considered the industries first and finest portal provider.
In 2006 we extended our services and now offer the
industry's first hosted applications. With the launch of
Work Order Manager in late 2005 and Resident Registry in early 2006,
Condo-Communities introduced the first free commercially
available hosted applications for condominiums.
